There were so many... my personal favorites are Star Wars: Rogue Leader & Rebel Strike, Tube Slider (a cool wipeout inspired racer) and of course Metroid Prime.

Nice, I'll have to check out Tube Slider. I wasn't aware of it. Fzero X and Extreme G III were great times.

As for your others mentioned, yep absolute essentials!

Gamecube is awesome.. in one point of my life, gaming became quite boring to me, until I bought a Gamecube..and my jaw opened.. soo many good and unique games! Metroid Prime, Viewtiful Joe 1 & 2, Mario Sunshine, Luigis Mansion, RE remake, Re 0, Pikmins, Paper Mario, Zelda WW and others.. too bad it didn't sell as much a it deserved, but it will always stay in my heart.

I think the people who had a Gamecube understood its greatness, its the people who dismissed it that are discovering it efter the fact.

I loved picking up the console on midnight release, Rogue Leader was my first game and I loved it.

Why do we think this is coming out on Switch 2 before Xbox? Any thoughts? The S2 is not more powerful than the Series S so it’s not a ‘lack of power’ issue. Perhaps the sales forecast is higher on S2 than Xbox so that’s maybe where their priority lies?

It’s definitely a sales issue. If Xbox didn’t have players used to GamePass I bet it would be there already.

Reanimal – interview with Oliver Merlov (CEO, Tarsier Studios)

An interview with Oliver Merlov (CEO, Tarsier Studios) where I get to ask him about Reanimal, and whether he envisages the game to become its own long-standing franchise. I also get to ask him as to what effect being acquired by Embracer Group has had on the studio, and whether he thinks the studio would be open to working on its own version of an existing fairy tale. All this and so much more in what is (ultimately) quite an extensive interview… Enjoy!

Bandai Namco Entertainment Reveals An Impressive PAX East Lineup

Wow, it has a lot bread new lunches to offer, excited for it.

2K Games is there and supposedly Square Enix as well. It is nice to ser bigger publishers return to U.S. shows and hopefully it continues as I have not been to PAX West since 2019 as it's all indies and not worth the travel for me. Staff handles it but if this continues I can see me being back in Seattle for the big show.
