PS sales down 22.9%
Xbox up 17.3%

And yet, Xbox sales are half that is pS
We are at a point now where sales are so strong even on a low month Xbox can’t get anywhere near

"Xbox up 17.3%"

Looks like Phil was right when he said the Xbox player base has grow despite SoT and the other Xbox games on PS5.

Curious to see how well Xbox consoles are going to sell in the coming months now that Phil basically confirmed that all Xbox games might be coming to Playstation.

he never confirmed that all Xbox games may or may not be coming. It'll always be on an individual basis. You can bet on titles like Doom, Call of Duty, etc. Beyond that, it's up to them.

Einhander1972247d ago

That is just a monthly comparison they are still down in total this year by 30%.

And Xbox (Series) are two different consoles... It's time to tell Microsoft that they have two different products on sale, not one, and try to focus on both to sell some more units before competition gets everything. Well... they should have done it in 2020, now it is too late. How Microsoft did not notice that they were doomed when they reduced RAM amount on Xbox Series S vs Series X?

I've only enjoyed 3 Microsoft games in my entire life but their lineup at XBox Showcase was strong. This is probably why the uptick.

Still won't ever buy the console as I just prefer libraries on PlayStation, but if games like Fable end up being good I'll surely get them on PC.

Dollhouse: Behind the Broken Mirror (XS) Review | VGChartz

VGChartz's Lee Mehr: "The only thing developers Grindstone & Indigo Studios have successfully argued is how underwhelming spooky dolls tend to be as a horror main course; even so, they didn't have to forego quality craftsmanship all the while. Apropos of its central premise, if you held a physical copy up to a mirror you'd see a "How Not to Design Horror" book in the reflection. From vacuous nonsense tarnishing what's otherwise a rather basic story to dogshit gameplay, nearly every aspect reads like an asset-flipped indie horror game that somehow got a legitimate publisher's attention and additional funding. Perhaps it's quite fitting, then, that Behind the Broken Mirror managed to shatter my subterranean expectations."

“ certainly doesn't help that, layered on top of so many failings, this is retailing for $30 on console”

Outrageous! 🤮

I know, man. I don't *try* to fixate on price over other qualities, but it's a huge red flag to ignore in this case.
