New entry in the critically-acclaimed Mafia game franchise transports players to a dangerous 1900s Sicily underworld with a gripping new story
Hangar 13 says Mafia: The Old Country will be "the best looking Mafia game" thanks to Unreal Engine 5 and the technology it brings.
I'll never understand why developers say such obvious, and expected things. Of course their latest game will be "the best looking". IT BETTER BE!
Mafia: The Old Country's new developer diary focuses on the graphics, look, and 'feeling' of the prequel Mafia game. Are you ready to go back to the beginning?
During the Future Games Show Summer Showcase, Hangar 13 delivered exclusive insights about what players can expect from Mafia: The Old Country, and shared a stunning cinematic from a key moment in the protagonist’s story. Take a trip to Sicily when Mafia: The Old Country launches on August 8 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
OMG! Yes!
Wait ... this is launching in 2025? From 2K? Same year as GTA VI?
So GTA VI might get pushed to early 2026 i.e 2025 business year end?
"… I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it"
I'm about to lose control and I think I like it
Of all the announcements, THIS is the one that got my attention.
Mafia series atmosphere of their worlds is up there with the gta series honestly, I miss when saints row was still around. That shit show sr2022 don't count, I always imagine a great looking sr game, smooth gameplay like sr3, improved ragdoll physics, better driving, still got a sense of humor at the core of the game. Oh well RIP saints row future hope 😭 2006-2011, I will never forget playing gta 4, sr2 and mafia 2 back to back
