Games Asylum: "It feels a little odd to compare this DOOM inspired first-person shooter to an arcade game, especially considering the genre was barely represented in the world of coin-ops, but I also couldn’t shake the fact that it would be right at home nestled between the likes of Mortal Kombat 4 and Mace: The Dark Age in an arcade circa 1999. Created by Midway themselves, no less. A time limit and a scoring system are all that’s missing."
Review - Bloodhound claims to bring “a fresh look and old fun” to the gaming scene, and this about sums it up perfectly.
CCG writes - "The game campaign took me roughly four hours to complete. Given that it was very mediocre and repetitive, and very dark in nature, I have no urge to play it again. I still prefer the 90s shooters that inspired Bloodhound. If the blood/gore, occult references, or language don’t concern you, I would recommend holding off for a sale."
Miles @ FG: Solid enough yet lacking in creative flair, Bloodhound is an okay but uninspired boomer shooter. The Finger Guns review.
