Travis Bruno of Capsule Computers writes:
"There are horror games that have evolved with the times, others that have become cult classics that have stayed true to their roots, and even more that many may never have heard of. White Day: A Labyrinth Named School happens to be the latter of these three since, despite being something of a cult-classic for Korean horror fans, many in the West have likely never heard of it until a remake was made in 2017. After some shifts in development, the unique brand of Korean horror returns with White Day 2: The Flower That Tells Lies. With PQube bringing the three episodes together in this Complete Edition with some extra content, is this a spooky good time or one ghost story too many?"
James writes - "White Day 2: The Flower That Tells Lies - Complete Edition’s best assets are the well-crafted puzzles and a spooky school primed for exploring."
NoobFeed editor Jay Claassen writes - White Day 2: The Flower That Tells Lies will definitely answer all the questions left behind by its predecessor while giving you a good scare when you least expect it. Aside from a slow start in the first episode, there’s never a dull moment as you explore the hallways of Yeondu High, and there’s always trouble around the corner.
"The London-based (the UK) video games publisher PQube and the South Korea-based indie games developer Sonnori, are today very glad and proud to announce that “White Day 2: The Flower That Tells Lies – Complete Edition” (which is the complete edition of the sequal to their cult-classic Korean survival horror game “White Day: A Labyrinth Named School”), is now available physically and digitally to the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles." - Jonas Ek, TGG.
Apparently it's pretty mediocre and doesn't hold up to the original. Might still grab it down the line, on the cheap.
