I have yet to spend past what i spent each month at my local rental store so i still see no hate for the gamepass.

Anyone that remembers before covid which i know is few should remember all the money they spent renting games before they buy them or rent them finish them on a weekend then return them.

Gamepass to me is still just going to that rental store so i take any games as a positive.

Well if you think about it, it took 2 years between 2006-2008 for the killer games to start coming out on PS3. So if we just wait another two years all those games are out and everything’s fine at Xbox. No need to panic because they know the industry and what the gamer wants. Just wait two years to see. Usually, delays are fine. Happens all the time and people would rather the developers not rush because it certainly ends with them producing rubbish. Delays result in a better product. It is often scary to think what some games would be like if they never got their delays that released as bad games anyway.

However, I have no sympathy for the green gang with these delays because they rationalize them now. I'm old enough to remember the "Delaystation" and "Greatness delayed" comments which, ok, fair enough—plenty of delays on PlayStation. But all that energy goes away when it happens to them.

Only reason I subscribe to game pass is because it's not that much more expensive than Xbox live gold (game pass core) if you use the conversion. A couple of weeks ago, I just renewed for 2 years (and 1 month) by buying three 12 month gold subs (45$ on sale) and one month of game pass ultimate (20$).

Total cost was $45 * 3 + 20 = 155$ for 25 months of game pass ultimate (or $6.20 per month)

Only reason I play on Xbox at all is because I have friends / family that play on Xbox so might as well get ultimate for $6.20 per month instead of only paying for xbox live gold.
