Yes! Glad to see some love for Dark Arena! Doom and Dark Arena were the first times I ever experienced FPS games in handheld, which was pretty mind blowing for that era.

I was actually playing Dark Arena again recently on my phone w a Razer Kishi controller and it gave me such warm fuzzy feelings, like revisiting an old friend I hadn't seen in forever. Still enjoyed his company. :)

*They should try to get Dark Arena on the GBA lineup on Nintendo Switch Online. It was never a big title, so it shouldn't be a huge investment for the rights.

I feel you man, the Game Boy Advance library keep surprising me over and over again even after all these years it's such an amazing device.

Yea for sure, SNES was always my favorite console of all times. It introduced me to jrpgs, action rpgs, and really just showed what games could become.

GBA is all that, in portable form! I'm still up in the air between PSP and GBA as favorite handheld of all time. Love them both. I still have a spot for OG Gameboy though, bc it brought console-style games on the go for the first time. :)

AvP on the Jag was pretty ambitious for the time. I always wondered what a smoother (faster) frame rate would have done for that game. nice to see a spiritual sequel is in the works after all these years.
