Before Silksong, I Should Probably Play Hollow Knight

Hollow Knight is a good game. I still need to finished it, but it's still uploaded, which is something, very few games get a permanent space on my PS5.

Great game but it took me a long time to beat it. I would play it inbetween other games.

I didn't get the hype at first and put it down for a year. Then after going on a Metroidvania binge with ender lillies and Wonder Labirinth i picked it up again and ended up loving it.

It's an incredible game....don't know why you wouldn't just play it for it's own sake...probably don't need to play before silk song necessarily.

I remember before I played HK I wasn't particularly bothered, I knew it was highly recommended but I didn't really fancy it. One of my all time favourites now.

There's absolutely no need to play HK before Silksong for lore reasons but if you're interested in the latter you'd be mad to skip the former.

One of those games that i played just because i didnt know what to play, and once i started i couldnt stop playing it. Great game, shame the second one is taking so long.
I played Hollow Knight while playing Ori and Bloodstained, 3 of the best of the metroidvania i played *personal opinion* . (i just started Ender Lilies and its great also).
Also i would add that i would love another Ori game, even tho it seems impossible.

Hollow Knight is one of those rare gems that just draws you in with its beautiful art style, immersive atmosphere, and challenging gameplay. The world of Hallownest is hauntingly gorgeous and filled with secrets that make every corner worth exploring. Plus, the sense of accomplishment after tackling some of those tough bosses is unmatched. Silksong is going to be amazing, but experiencing Hollow Knight first will give you such a deep appreciation for the lore and characters. Trust me, you’re in for a memorable journey.
