Fallout 4 London mod delayed indefinitely because of Fallout next-gen update

If you were excited about the Fallout 4 London mod, we have some bad news for you. The mod has been delayed indefinitely thanks to Fallout 4 next-gen update.

Not a bad thing. They've even shown excitement at what the update could bring to making things better for them. More work? Yeah. But, still a good thing overall.

I think this looks pretty great so they should take as much time as they need.

It’s kind of shame however we’ll probably never get to see an official Fallout London game or anything set in the UK now because of the mod.

Why not? It's only gonna be available on PC and is not backed by Bethesda at all

Because Bethesda might think "Meh, London has already been done with that Mod, they've taken the shine away from it and if we do it now they might think we're copying"

While I’d love to see more world building lore in Fallout, I’d be surprised if Fallout ever ventured beyond a United States setting. Maybe a dlc to a main game though. Always wondered what other places would look like, if they too had the 50s culture with futuristic tech.

No point on the update, you can get 60fps anyway with mods.

The update will break much more then it will fix... At least on PC.
