The new "side" Major Order just dropped in Helldivers 2, and the bugdivers will do their best to complete it in time.
You unlock it in the pass. The pass can be bought by buying credits with real money or find credits/unlock credits in game save 1000 of them. Buy the pass. Then use medals to unlock.
You can also pick it up randomly during each mission.
