Atlus would like to release tactical role-playing game Unicorn Overlord on PC, however its agreement with developer Vanillaware doesn't allow it.
Gran Turismo 7, Hitman World of Assassination, The Crew, and more are discounted for a limited time.
VGChartz's Mark Nielsen: "Games can challenge you in many ways, from your reflexes, to your precision, or your ability to remember random information, but Strategy games are all about just that: planning and strategic thinking. That comes in many forms, from turn-based to real-time, and 2D to 3D, and it's probably the genre that blurs those lines the most. This year's nominees reflect that: classic RTS' are represented by Age of Mythology: Retold; the tactical RPG genre by Unicorn Overlord; turn-based, city-builder survival games by Frostpunk 2; and then age old card games are represented with a twist by surprise hit Balatro."

Runs 100% perfectly on steamdeck.
I bought it on PS5 physically but haven’t played it yet. I really enjoy Vanillaware games.
There are reports of Vinillaware being strapped for cash which apparently magnified their sensitivity to piracy. They might not want to or can afford to implement antipiracy protections. The staff is also very small at 39 people. They are probably contained on the QA front.
Game would have sold pretty well if they release it on pc. Now people are just going to play the game using yuzu or ryujinx.
It's a shame that Vanillaware doesn't bring their games to pc. Porting over any ps4/ps5 game shouldn't be too difficult I think. They're basically leaving money on the table. Oh well, I'm just glad that Unicorn Overlord is on ps4 so I can still play it.
