The founder of Limited Run Games bought the rights to the game, why would you think Nintendo would want to own this pervy visual novel? Unless if its sarcasm and I didn't pick up on it.
I was mistaken. It was two adult films that they own the rights to. Look it up. The purpose is to own the rights so that they have ultimate control over their use, and thus can guarantee that they never see the light of day or get made in any form again. To preserve the brand. I'm not making a joke, you can Google it!
