Helldivers 2 roadmap: Update from developer and planned new content

I'm glad the game is shitting on the haters that couldn't even give Sony a chance to try to have these. They are still going to make single player games. Glad there's more content coming for what seems to be a fun game. But more fun online games for those that like them isn't a bad thing. Keep them coming.

The crazy part about this is that the money coming in from live service will help fund more single player games too. This was the plan all along. I think people were so short sighted. The only thing that we have to do is make sure the GaaS titles are worth a damn. Oh wait, let me step to the side real quick so I don't get buried alive by the avalanche of cash coming in.

Jim didn't release one GaaS game. Unless you count GT7. Every gamer complains that online games don't have continuous content updates be it free or paid that hopefully doesn't make them pay to win. They also beg for road maps on what comes next.

Point blank: almost all online games will be considered GaaS games because they fit the definition of free and paid micro transactions, dlc, etc. It's only how the game is implemented that matters that doesn't go overboard on the paying.

I don't play online anyway. But I see other gamers who do like online play that just want good online games. And not the same crap of player versus player and tea bagging. Same capture the flag nonsense. Games are just as fun playing together like the old days of playing Turtles or Contra or whatever together. Which I like as couch co-op.

Jim can't be blasted for going overboard when there weren't any games released yet to say that. It's only gamers perceived notion and speculation because Sony has been quiet this generation. And, gamers make up shit only to be proven otherwise later resulting in correction articles.

How many PlayStation executives have retired? Even Shawn abruptly left. Sony never keeps the same CEO executives. They always change. And Sony has still thrived.
