The massively popular game Palworld just received a patch on Xbox and the Microsoft Store and Game Pass Version on PC. It includes fixes for "numerous bugs" including sound, but it comes with a number of known issues.

Pocketpair has released the version 0.5.0 update for open-world survival crafting monster-collecting game Palworld, which adds cross-play, a new storage system, a Photo Mode, and more, the developer announced.
Nintendo's lawsuit alleging patent infringement in Palworld was unexpected given the timing and subject matter, and nobody was more surprised than developer Pocketpair, who says "no one even considered" patent issues after the game cleared legal checks in Japan pre-release.

Your title make it sound like the update only applies to Game Pass versions when it is for all versions for both Xbox and Microsoft Store PC versions. Devs don't even mention Gamepass as they probably don't want to make unnecessary confusion.
