People Can Fly and Incuvo have just released the action-packed Bulletstorm VR today, as it hits PSVR 2, Meta Quest and PCVR headsets.
The next Meta Quest VR headset, the Meta Quest 3S, will be priced at $299.99, the same price as when the Meta Quest 2 released four years ago
I'm thinking of this as a great move for VR adoption for the masses at that price. I just want to see VR support grow, whether it's Quest, PSVR2, Vive etc. I much prefer running my games off of Steam, but the Q2 was a great entry into that access. Now PSVR2 players have that option too. Hoping that support will continue to grow!
*Btw, check out Subside that just hit Steam VR. It is an INCREDIBLE diving game for VR. Man, I love it.
The world’s gone mad. It’s a revised budget spec model priced the same price as the non budget (essentially top-spec) version of 4 years ago… and everyone lost their sht about how good a deal this is.
Is that where we’re now at as a society?
While Bulletstorm 2 would be nice; the new mode looks good. People Can Fly and Incuvo have unveiled the official Horde Mode trailer for the brutal sci-fi first-person shooter, Bulletstorm VR, showcasing the new game mode that’s releasing as part of the upcoming 1.4 Update that will be released on September 19.
VGC writes: "Both the standard and digital models are going up by around $90."
Even accounting for the weak yen, that seems a bit excessive. It’s even stranger considering the rumors of a PS5 Pro possibly launching by the end of the year, which means that in Japan, it could cost significantly more than $600, probably close to $700 - a high price for a console.
Sony just leaving it up to Nintendo at this point. PS5 obviously not gonna be a mainstream product over there. Xbox is not relevant.
Folks in the U.S. don’t understand that the U.S. had one of the lowest rates of inflation. It’s worse in almost every other country and the U.S. dollar is a lot stronger which makes imports even cheaper. I would love to see deflation but we’d need a recession and mass layoffs before that would happen,
Except Playstation is literally issuing refunds as we speak because the game launched in such a horrible state.
