It’s not a massive issue considering this is a figure he’s had in an episode before but it feels more like a skin you’d unlock

Fortnite has the money, they get enough, it just feels like them being cheap

I don't think it's entirely about the money, though, but maybe also game design. I haven't seen a fat character in Fortnite, and that's probably because they're trying to keep skins as uniform as possible for fairness.

I thought the same as you until I saw the Marvel Cable skin. He is like 3 times the size of normal fortnite characters. Based on that skin they could have made a normal Peter skin.

I don’t play Fortnite, nor am I a big fan of Family Guy. I assumed Peter was made buff, instead of fat due to hit box concerns.

I’m surprised Homer Simpson hasn’t made it to Fortnite yet. However, he too, like Peter would likely need a slimmed down skin to function in the game.

That doesn't even make sense, he just doesn't know anything about game development and made something up as a joke

It's not about budget. It's about a "fat" character would be more pixels to shoot at and a severe disadvantage to anyone playing a character like this. As it is, even noob Fortnite players choose the female characters for this very reason. Smaller targets are harder to hit.

I think it's pretty on brand for Family Guy. This is how Peter would envision himself as an action hero. It works.
