There are many ways to make a good roguelike, but compared to other gaming genres, it’s far more critical for the systems to work well together. It seems like the developers behind Valhalla understood the basic principles of roguelikes and went through the list to ensure Valhalla would be a roguelike by definition.
If you’ve just got yourself a shiny new PlayStation 5, or are just looking for something to hoover up all your spare time like THQ Nordic hoovering up bad business decisions, here are the best PS5 games that you should check out.
no.1 is Elden ring,
and there Is no ghost of tushima on the list,

Like a huge game world to truly get absorbed into? GameSpew has rounded up the best open world games on PS5.
God of War Ragnarok: Valhalla delivers some juicy story and offers plenty of entertaining gameplay. It's a great excuse to jump back into the fray with videogame’s second favorite Spartan.
I flat out just don’t believe that…….you need a rouguelite to make you want to replay one of the best games of the generation? Riiiigghhht
“ It's a great excuse to jump back into the fray with videogame’s second favorite Spartan.”
So you’re saying that the game Hades and its star character, never played it, are bigger more well known and liked than Kratos and the God of War series?
But is it a good game?
I don't really think this article describes why it's a terrible roguelike. The author mentions that, "You're not meant to play this like a roguelike. It doesn't feel like you're supposed to die over and over". Other than this observation, which I disagree with, the author then only mentions that they don't like the combat and the fact that the levels don't feel random enough. As an opinion piece, it does a TERRIBLE job of describing why Valhalla is a TERRIBLE roguelike. It reads a lot like a bad high school essay
The official description is:
"replayable adventure that blends the beloved combat from God of War Ragnarök with brand new elements inspired by the roguelite genre."
Lol imagine comparing free f******g DLC to actual roguelike games. It's got elements of roguelike, just like it has elements of an RPG. Clickbait article.
It's ok to be wrong sometimes.
I have yet to see even one good and thought out opinion article by rpginformer.
