2023 has already been hailed as one of the greatest gaming years ever. Games of all genres witnessed absolute genius, but in particular, the RPG truly took over. However, for all the greatness we witnessed, there was also a handful of terrible RPGs, whether it was because of rushed development, weak game mechanics, or otherwise
"First-person roguelikes like Gunfire Reborn and Roboquest can be quite fun when done well. Another such game is MythForce, which comes from Beamdog, the developer that brought Baldur's Gate 1 and 2 to modern platforms (while mostly ditching the co-op). MythForce features cartoon-like visuals and a fantasy theme, making it quite different from most of its peers. It will soon reach its "final form" via the upcoming Version 1.2 update," says Co-Optimus.

Cyberpunk 2077 is getting a new update after developers previously stated it no longer would, bringing the possibility of more still to come.
I'm hoping the update fixes their poor FSR 3 implementation, and add FSR 4. FSR 2 looks better than FSR 3 in CP2077 by a wide margin. On my 7900XT I just use XESS if I want to add RT at custom 3K resolutions. Already beat the main game, but half way through Phantom Liberty expansion. I would like to get back to it later on this month.
This site seems absolutely horrible on ranking things. This is the second list I've seen from them that is just flatout terrible. Also if redfalls an rpg what isn't an rpg these days.
Like half of these are not even close to being RPGs
No idea why Ever Crisis is on this list. It's a gacha and does what it says on the tin. I've actually enjoyed it, they've remade a lot of the story moments of FF7 and I've liked watching them again with a graphical difference. And for a gacha you don't even need to spend anything. I'm still playing it months on.
And forspoken shouldn't be on it either. Does a few things very very well. Just lacking in a few more.

I enjoyed playing Forspoken & Atlas Fallen.
