Does MS think their new models are going to do well? They have to have massive discounts to sell their current models. The newer models supposedly have no disc drive. The new Series S costs more at 349$ and the Series X new model back at 499$. Good luck with that

I'd buy a Series X for $200 just for XBOX and XBOX 360 enhanced back compatibility, and perhaps as a dev mode emulation box. But a digital only console isn't useful since I own plenty of disc copies of my games.

Its been 3 years, really only 2 since in the first year and even last year there were production problems with both consoles.

But we got:

HiFi Rush
Starfield
Redfall
Forza Horizon 5
Halo Infinite
Forza Motorsport
Pentiment
Flight Simulator
Console versions of Age of Empires
Gears Tactics

In those 3 years we also got a ton of AAA games on GamePass which should not be understated like Lies of P, Wo Long, Monster Hunter Rise, Tons of Persona games including 5. Like a Dragon games like The Man Who Erased His Name were Day One. Ni No Kuni 1 and 2, I'm probably forgetting a lot of them.

But Xbox has had an objectively great start. Whether yall like to admit it or not. We've been getting games.

Even at $150 which is a decent price for Americans. $150 Canadian I still wouldn't touch it there are just no exclusives to entice me into buying it. And on top of that I don't want my game nerfed so it can run on the machine.
