Kotaku: "Valhalla knows the parts of Ragnarök fans are jonesing to revisit a year later. Though I adore the 2018 reboot, Ragnarök devotes so much time to watching its world expand and collapse that I lost sight of why I was happy to see this dissection of Kratos’ divisive character. I imagine plenty of people will feel Valhalla lets him off too easily. But this expansion does feel like the follow-up to his story that was missing between the reboot and Ragnarök, and confirmation Santa Monica Studio still gets what made its new take on Kratos compelling in the first place."
NoobFeed Editor Jay Claassen writes - God of War Ragnarok: Valhalla might have been an unexpected DLC but it tied off a lot of loose ends in the entire story as a whole. A lot of unanswered questions were answered, and the challenge to get to them is well worth every bit of effort needed to get to them. And while the shift to the Roguelike challenge was odd, it’s a great change of pace that fits the game brilliantly.
I already finished Valhalla last week(100% trophy)! Great DLC, and using young Kratos's face during gameplay is awesome!
Just started it last night and it is great. I like how its just you, and all the little throwbacks to the previous series are welcomed.
Finished the main quest and this DLC is awesome.
Already trying to do some extra runs in order to see the extra content.
Thank you Santa Monica Thank you! it's one of the best present I got for this Christmas in terms of video gaming :)
