Yes! Very good point, it gives them leeway to release it on Switch Online service.

They'll just release it on regular NSO. There won't be a need to create an 18+ app that is solely dedicated to M rated titles. There's like, 5 M rated games on N64.

I unfortunately never played it in my younger years! I suppose at the time, I actually did think it was a kid's game. I didn't even know it was M rated. Thankfully, later on in life I went back and played through it. Even playing it at a much later point in time. It held up extremely well, and I could easily see why people loved it so much. It is quite clearly in the top echelon of N64 titles. At least top 20, if not top 10 for the system. Absolutely amazing game.

Never did check out the remake that was on Xbox I think? Wonder how good that was.

I personally love both, the original and the remake.. I know that certain people will say that original is better as it is not censored (curse words are beeped) but I personally didn't have much problem with that, plus the graphical upgrade is awesome

The multi-player of the original Conker's Bad Fur Day is severely underrated and if by some miracle the original returns to switch with multi-player...

However, I used to say the same thing about Perfect Dark getting online multi-player and then it did and it wasn't the dream scenario I expected

What's great about this is that these titles were never previously discussed, they just sort of came out of left field. I loved the Extreme G series back in the day. They were just beneath Wipeout and FZero, but still really good.

If I remember the courses were good, but the gameplay just slightly beneath wipeout. Farro had the most speed but simple handling mechanics of double tap to dash slide / barge and boosters on track occasionally with the recharge health sections, but wipes out had full weapons, lock on missiles or rockets
Then with your cancel weapon pick up / trading a shield for a missile if you’re behind someone or trade the missile for the shield if you were in First, compared to extreme g which was more basic. I could be wrong tho. It was an awful long time ago.

On a similar note, I always wished starters pod racer had weapons. It would’ve been one of the best.

Strange headline, as I thought the star of the show was Super RType. I almost bought RType Dimensions EX this last month and was just thinking, man I wish we had the SNES one somewhere on Switch. That's where I got my start w the series and I was beyond excited to see it drop this week!
