Baldur’s Gate 3 Patch 3 Release Date Confirmed Alongside Full Support on Mac

Baldur’s Gate 3’s third major patch launches September 21, developer Larian has announced. Patch 3 launches alongside full support for Baldur’s Gate 3 on Mac.

Dont get me wrong its a great game but Im not impressed with the image quality on the PS5 it looks too blurry on a large 4K TV even with quality mode and there's too much visual noise it really puts me off playing. Im surprised most of the gaming media didnt mention this.

There was an issue with HDR early on. You might be dealing with that bug.

I dont have HDR enabled I only play games in SDR

Really? I have a 65 inch 4k TV and it looks beautiful in performance mode. Have you downloaded the updates?

Yeah I have the updates installed its the only PS5 game Ive ever played with a blurry image but perhaps my TV is not good enough however many other games look amazing except BG3

What kind of TV do you have? I'm playing this game on a Sony OLED. There's no blurriness whatsoever. There's only a small amount of screen tearing on the bottom of the screen. The game does have some frame rate issues (this was noted in reviews of the game). Just enjoy the game.

My TV is a Samsung 55" Q6FN 4K QLED TV but I guess if everyone else has good image quality then its time for me to upgrade my 4K tv

It looks great on my PS5 + PC Monitor. You might want to get your TV checked out.

Might be a TV setting that gives the problem. Like dynamic colors, sharpness setting to high,… stuff like that. Try to turn all those TV processing settings off.

Dont know about you but I'm playing with performance and still look amazing with my 4k TV.
