Tod and Phil have always been buddies. I don’t take anything they say seriously.

Sonyslave3235d ago

Yup it sad how trigger people are over this.

343_Guilty_Spark234d ago

Jin especially. We really should check in his emotional and mental health.

Looking at the comments on this news!... Sony fanboys are really really pissed about Starfield.

So much hate isn't good for a person. Take care...

Shane Kim234d ago

Kind of how xbox players will when Spider Man 2 releases.

PunksOnN4G234d ago

just bu ya Ps5 bud

PapaBop234d ago

Maybe the worst of them but I imagine most couldn't care less and enjoying the game on their PCs.

Ristul235d ago

Microsoft owns his soul now, he will not be honest about it from now on.

EvertonFC235d ago

He wasn't honest in the 1st place, 16X the detail and all that BS.

raWfodog234d ago

All of these top execs (across all companies) are like politicians with their canned responses and non-answers to questions. Even when faced with factual statements that they made in the past, they will find a way to spin it and pull a "look over there" trick to try and distract us from their latest shenanigans.

EvertonFC234d ago

I agree for the most part, but jack tretton, Andrew house and Shaun layden came across very well imo.
I'm sure they just hid it better but they came across very genuine for the most part.

bigfish235d ago

It's a shame, because his games will probably never reach the player base they could have due to being Ms exclusive.

Extermin8or3_234d ago

Almost certainly. 6 million unique players apparently. At least 1 million bought early access. With 25 million gamespass subscribers.... that's really not many people. Not when you consider steam consecutive players indicates that probably in the region of 2 million people bought the game overall.

Themba76235d ago

You know they finally decided to release user reviews on starfield meta critic. Now I know why they lack confidence in their product.

MaxiPower90235d ago

Microsoft owns them now. Thats it. Todd doesn't have a say anymore. Thats just the way it is.

EvertonFC233d ago

The game Tod's been trying to make for 25 years then limits the player base, you couldn't make that sh*t up.

MaxiPower90232d ago

Everton still trying to win a trophy after 28 years. shit happens.

Embracer CEO Lars Wingefors: "I deserve a lot of criticism."

Embracer CEO demonstrates a masterclass in mental gymnastics in latest interview.
"I'm sure I deserve a lot of criticism, but I don't think my team or companies deserve all the criticism. I could take a lot of that blame myself. But ultimately I need to believe in the mission," he said.

Turned based Phantasy Star and Shinning Force remain at the top of my list of Sega IPs that need to return. At the very least I'd take a Shining Force collection that has 1,2,3, CD and the Game Gear entries.

FinalBoss9d ago

I was hesitant to put these two on. I've personally played more PSO than the RPG version. And shame on me, I don't remember much about Shining Force to talk about it properly.

That said, so many Sega licences deserve their place in this list.

jznrpg7d ago

A new Phantasy Star in the numbered series would be amazing. Shining Force too. But I’d settle on some collections as that’s probably the best we will get

anast9d ago

I don't trust Sega to do a proper comeback. The games will be just remastered and/or monetized to death.

gold_drake8d ago

shining force.

but indont see that happening unfortunately.
