Was blown away when I first played Karateka on my c64 waaaay back in the day. The animation was like nothing I'd seen before. Couldn't get very far though.

I remember getting all the way to the damsel, running to her stopping, and watching her kick me to death. Then doing it again and not stopping to finish the game.
