Two games with incredibly robust, action-driven combat systems- but which one comes out on top?
Some of the best PS5 games are exclusives like God of War Ragnarok and Astro Bot, but there are some indie highlights as well.
Final Fantasy 16 has likely sold more than 3.5 million copies.
This isn’t news. The analyst could be right or wrong. Square Enix hasn’t said anything.
Doesn’t matter. People will still believe the mistake. How are you an analyst and get it wrong?
The festivities also include new 20th anniversary merch, a fan kit, and more.
No offense Sony… but nobody is playing God of war ragnarok in 2025…
Damn Sony
You keep on remastering recent games and yet choose not to for a franchise that's celebrating it's 20 years?
I'm sure a lot of old and new fans would appreciate being able to play the entire saga using their current gen consoles.
I admit I got a bit swept up in thinking we would get a PS classics drop of the first game on PS plus not a remaster or anything just running under the new ps2 emulator id be.halpy with that or the PSP games that deserve more praise really
God of War for me however some Eikon fights were a little more epic in scale but then again that’s not what the newer God of War games were going for compared to its previous games so it’s a design choice.
Things just felt more rewarding in GoW and it had elemental weaknesses which give it a touch more strategy.
GoW for me but maybe that's a personal bias. FFXVI's combat is equally good though.
God of War for me, but some cinematic combat moments in FFXVI are simply incredible, also in some instances I got some serious DBZ vibes :)
God of war is more robust and deep. FFXVI more fun and spectable.
Somethings I think GOW is too much slow. FFXVI superficial
the old God of war games have better combat.
I don't care for emotional walking sim god of boy.
so I'll give it to ff16.
