The Nintendo Switch has been around for a while, but it's still worth picking one up if you haven't already. Here are some reasons to buy a Switch.
With its existence looking more and more likely, there are several points the Final Fantasy 9 remake should hit to ensure it was worth the wait.
Make it an actual remake of the game and not a reboot of the first hours of the game just to release the next hours some years later and nothing of it feels like FF9 actually aside from the same characters and locations used.

With the release of Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes I wanted to talk about my Top 5 Favorite characters after the games completion.
Just picked one up in anticipation for Pikmin 4, Super Mario Bros Wonder, and Super Mario RPG. Will sell or trade in the Switch when the successor arrives. Also been playing Metroid Prime Remaster. Honestly one of the best FPS I’ve ever played.

Switch is by far my most played console ever due to the timing it was released.
I gifted all my consoles in 2016 to nephews when my kid was born because I could not occupy the living room for gaming any more and then came switch which changed everything.
For the second time in my life I had a hybrid console (the first being Sega Nomad) and it really increased my gaming time as I could afford to play anywhere.
With so many party and family friendly games, quality first party games, horror games (a first for a Nintendo Console to have literally hundreds of horror games), and major third party games, there was always something for me and I ended up with more than 300 games.
Now that I have a Steam Deck, my catalogue is nearly complete as MS and most PC and Sony games are now available to me.
Having said that, they should really release a new iteration as the current switch really shows its age and performance even in first party is sub par.
The one best reason not too: the Switch is just so old. How far out are we from the Switch 2? Probably not far enough out that you would get your money’s worth out of the Switch if you bought it today. A Switch Lite or a used Switch makes some sense of you have to play Zelda, Mario, and Pokémon and have been sitting on the fence for the last 6 and a half years.
Traded my original for the OLED well worth it 🔥🔥 it has a premium feel to it, you can definitely tell it makes graphics pop more I feel like a big kid everytime I play super Mario Odyssey, Zelda totk or astral chain, I'm like oh yeah mane HD Mario YEEAH !! 😂
