That’s no surprise. Zelda is a very established ip that’s been stellar. In my opinion Zelda has the only truly perfectly rated game… “Zelda Ocarina of Time” I digress, with the history of Zelda and a large fan based why wouldn’t it?

Gonna get down voted but this is the most overrated game of the last 5 years.

Magic_Spatula716d ago

Seriously. I think Breath of the Wild is also overrated. I got bored of it quick. This game just seems like more of that with new mechanics.

I would just avoid big open world games in future that you're not sure about. I like long(ish) games if they are not too big to get lost easily, also makes it worse if the world is quite empty, this is why I prefer them to be a bit more linear but with good challenge and a lot of stuff to do.

oh here we go again, Zelda gets a higher rating than sony exclusives and now we will never hear the end of how overrated it is and how nintendo corrupted all journalists. From your comment it's also pretty clear that you didn't watch much of it.

Concertoine681d ago

Disagree, BOTW was a little overrated imo, but TOTK is absolutely worthy of its praise.

You won’t get much downvote with comment like that on this site.

Everyone has there opinions which is cool.

I don't want to click on the article...so Zelda sold more physically than the digital and physical combined of the other 2?

The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom (Switch 2) -A Sublime Sequel, Now Sublimer| NintendoLife

"When all's said and done, Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition is a fantastic revamp of perhaps Nintendo's most sublime sequel. What was once a technical marvel on aged hardware now has a chance to truly shine, with visual and performance boosts undoubtedly making it the definitive way to play.

Nothing will ever match the feeling of playing it for the first time, of course, and some bonus content would have been welcome, but armed with Zelda Notes and the promise of buttery smooth upgrades, I'd challenge anyone to dip back in without losing hours to its unrivalled wonder." - Jim Norman | NintendoLife
