Can't freaking wait! I only have one tiny nitpick from everything I've seen so far. The ground clutter. There is a ton of pop-in going on when moving around with small rocks and foliage. I hope they can touch that up a bit before release. The game itself looks like everything I could have hoped for! I hope there are a ton of different cards to collect, for Queen's Blood.

So glad they're bringing a card game to a FF game again

Given it's an SSD game now I really hope that's cleaned up closer to release.

I think they've said the demo we're seeing is several months old. Hopefully it already is fixed but most open world games seem to have a problem with vegetation pop in or density

Man, this is one of those games where when I saw the gameplay, I could tell immediately they’re raising the bar. I can’t tell you how hyped I am for this! It’s not crazy far out, but the wait is still getting to me.

There’s also Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth and Persona 3 Remake to juggle before then. Dang, 2024 is a good time to be a JRPG fan.

And LAD Gaiden and I still haven't finished Sea of Stars 🤣

gold_drake7h ago

oooo boy i cant wait, im already dodging news and gameplay like a pro haha

Trilithon6h ago

this should be a good 75 hours of entertainment

Syphos6h ago

I think that's a bit below the actual number, they said 100 hours (which is probably discounting how much side-stuff and mini-games you can get lost in) I'd expect with a normal-ish playthrough enjoying some of the side-content you'll easily top 100 hours, might be more like 140-150 hours tbh ^^.

I wonder how many hours completing everything fully will take, can't wait.

looking forward to tomorrow where its 149 days away from launch

Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Different Editions and Pre-Order Bonuses Detailed

We've got the rundown on the different Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth different editions and pre-order bonuses that players can buy ahead of launch.

shinoff21836d ago

I'll be going deluxe. That collector's edition is gonna be pricey. Pretty dope though

-Foxtrot6d ago

The issue with the collectors edition people are missing is that it's not really a collectors edition at its core

Like the FFVII remakes "collectors edition" and Kingdom Hearts III you are basically being sent the Deluxe edition with the statue arriving in separate packaging unlike something like the FFXVI collectors edition where the statue/contents are all packaged together in one collectors box.

shinoff21836d ago

Good catch. Didn't notice that. Still neat but kinda weird.

Double_O_Revan5d ago

I miss more simple collectors editions. These $300+ Uber editions are getting out of hand. They don't even come with the game, just a code, and sometimes not even that. Yet they come with steel books.

If you want to sell a statue, then just sell a statue.

Sephiroushin5d ago

they do it to f* people like me, i play on pc they dont do statues for pc so i got the ps5 ver that i wont play until it comes to pc and i have to rebuy 🤦🏻

Babadook74d ago (Edited 4d ago )

I got the steel book Deluxe edition of Remake for ps4. I was very happy about it. I don’t know if I will carry the tradition now though. It’s not even a set because they're on different consoles.
