Speaking of which, are you looking forward to Pixel Ripped 1978 in a couple of weeks on PSVR2? All the games featured are genuine Atari games and you play as the developer sent into them to deal with bugs - sounds (and looks) so great!
Well, the good news is MS don't actually own the developers that made Alien Isolation, Sega does! They're called Creative Assembly and they just round the corner from where I used to live.
It seems Sega is open to VR games now, what with Samba De Amigo just getting announced for Quest, so we can live in hope that Alien Isolation will make it at some point to VR (outside of some mod)!
Well here's hoping this game does well enough to make that happen. Maybe they're testing the water and looking to get some money in the coffers for the sequel - we can but hope!
I've play RE village and Red Matter on PSVR2, and by the looks of that trailer, I think there are a few things that aren't gunna be enjoyable, particularly the sliding mechanic, that's gunna give you that sinking feeling for sure which isn't great.
You'll get used to that sort of movement and it won't be an issue anymore, but in the event that isn't the case, there will be comfort options, I'm sure.
Been waiting forever for a sequel. I thought soon after the remastered and Switch versions were released that it wouldn't be long until the sequel was announced. Now since they're announcing this, I'm going to say the same thing again, lol
Sick. Co-op I'm sure. Looks really fun.
Will be adding this to my collection for sure.
Please include the Duke Nukem content
Yess great news!! The 7th quest vr is also coming psvr2
Omg how long to get some other FPS’ to follow suit?
I know M$ owns the companies that make Alien Isolation and DOOM, but I still hope the PSVR2 gets ports of these games one day….
Pacific Rift would also be a stellar older game to make an unexpected VR for.
