FRONT MISSION 1st: Remake coming to PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, Xbox One, and PC on June 30

Publisher Forever Entertainment and developer MegaPixel Studio will release FRONT MISSION 1st: Remake for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG on June 30 for $34.99 / €34.99, the companies announced.

I played the original on SNES and I expect a remake in 2023 looks like a game from 2023.

Honestly? Play the SNES version on an emulator. This remake looks like garbage. While smaller teams are giving us gorgeous old school visuals SquareEnix is doing asset flips.

Seriously, why not make the graphic have that Front Mission 3 PS1 dithering pixel goodness with the Octopath Travelers rendering effects?

I'm already playing the DS version. I'm not sure the remake is worth it. Maybe if they make all the buying/equiping faster for all the robots ; it really is a chore in the original / DS version.
