The twelfth game in the series brings things back to the start all over again
This is cool
Sweet! I just hope I can find time for it with Starfield also releasing in September.
Next-gen is finally starting to roll out games consistently now, boys! I’m actually hyped for an MK game after seeing the leaks on this.
Why switch though. Why couldn’t they just do next generation
Switch had a few issues on MK 11 but generally worked well. Good to be able to play on the move.
I have nothing against switch it’s just that concessions have to be made to run this game in switch and Xbox series S
Hell yeah agreed. Steam deck too of course
There are 4 different teams developing for each system. NetherRealm are working on ps5 & xbx, while shiver ent. and Saber interactive are developing for switch and Qloc for pc.
i dont know why you bringing up Xbox series S
Same reason he brought up the switch. Not a hard concept, even if you don't agree with it.
Series S isn’t a real console
I read its a cloud version
thats what i was thinking . so its confirmed?
Money! I am interested to see how that version looks. it's not being made by Netherrealm.
I just hope that now all these games that will be for current gen only will utilize the quick load options. I'm personally speaking about Madden 23 currently. So much fluff, before I can even select what game mode I want to play. If Call of Duty can get you in quick (for the past few years ) why can't EA get me into a match faster than they do currently? So for the ranting.
Agree, quick load will be welcome.
My hype dies with yet another main character being tied to pre order bonuses. Thanks Nether Realms. I guess I'll wait for the XL version a few months later again
lol my dude, get used to being disappointed if thats your criteria. Its happen before, and to be fair, with netherrealm they haven't locked anything to preorders only, usually they let you unlock the character once you beat the game, not from the start once your preorder
Goro in MKX had to be paid for. Frost in MK11 was able to be unlocked.
Closed betas should stop being exclusive to people who pre-order games. Bring back actual demos or public betas so people know what they’re actually getting.
Diving into Mortal Kombat Trilogy is akin to opening a time capsule from the golden age of fighting games.
This was definitely the best MK of all time. The cast was vast and amazing.
In the annals of Mortal Kombat history, Stryker stands out not for his prominence but for his successive series of blunders and near-misses.
Nah. Definitely not the worst.
Most of the MK4 cast is far worse than Stryker.
Not even close. That award goes to Hsu Hao.
Uh... did you forget Mokap exists?
Moloch says hi.
