Capcom released a bunch of trailers of its Dinosaur-slaying third-person-shooter Exop rimal, introducing several aspects of the game.
Live-service games keep getting shut down within years, so why do studios keep making them?
One of the MANY reasons I NEVER purchase or get involved with live service games….call me old school or whatever but I believe in going back to previous games at any period of time…

Well...maybe they should have just given us a Dino Crisis remake instead.
Why did they make a game nobody asked for? Capcom is on a roll but their stumbles are much more noticeable as a result
Thats wrong words to say bruh, thats like saying why anybody makes a game considering no one asked for. Thats how new IP are brought to light. Capcom tried something new and thats fine so are you gonna say the same thing about the other new IP they have or you want them to just keep making the same thing over and over again
And the sad thing is, capcom and every other company will keep attempting these live services despite the high likelihood of failure til they get lucky and hit jackpot lol.
Who said capcom will keeping doing that? Other yeah capcom say it until we see them do another
Maybe this had to fail, to make Capcom realize what we really want is Dino Crisis.
The next title update for co-op dinosaur shooter Exoprimal will bring a wealth of Mega Man themed content to the game.
Game looked dumb from jump. The only time anyone cared was when they thought for a second it was Dino Crisis and the free XB PR employees (fankids) who amp ANYTHING on Gamepass to Spinal tap 11.
Just what i dreamed, a service game with no story and procedural dino nonsense. Don't correct me, idc enough to google "Exoprimal". The name alone screams yikes. Not quite the Deep Down i wanted. I can name a half dozen other games from Cap i'd rather have. This ain't it.
Heavy armored soldiers, service game, procedural dinosaurs in a city and probably very little story and dumb af context for why they are there. Stupid bs. Waste of resources. This is the most hollow popcorn bs i've seen in a while. Exoprimal. Smh.
Btw, i really enjoy Gamepass but if i say Redfall or Exoprimal look like boring filler, it's bc i believe it. It ain't political, it's on the games. Vamp Survivors, Loop Hero, Atomic Heart were awesome. Starfield, i'm excited. Never politics, just facts. Exoprimal dumb af.
Also, i seen trailers and didn't care to research bc the game felt ridiculous. If i'm wrong and it's gripping and brilliant np.
