Whilst for now Cyberpunk 2077 path tracing is expensive, hopefully it’s something that will be manageable on current gen consoles as well in the future.

I think it is fine, I like choices you make in game actually means something. It is not like it is trying to trick you, you clearly state you don't want to do it in the game, then it doesn't happens to you, which makes perfect sense.
