You get an essentially endless, infinite universe to explore and a sense of scale that’s really hard to match in VR. While it’s an upgrade compared to the original PSVR release, there’s still room for improvement in the visuals department. However, new enhancements for PSVR 2 make the game more immersive than ever, resulting in one of the best space survival sims available.
If you’ve ever wanted to leave your universe behind and have a space adventure from the comfort of your living room, I can’t think of a better way to do it than with No Man’s Sky on PSVR 2.
Originally released on Steam back in 2021, Xlab Digital's tower defence game Iron Guard is available today for PSVR 2.
Zombie Army VR is creeping onto VR headsets later this month, and here's everything you need to know about Rebellion's latest.
Sony's PSVR 2 headset might convince me it's better than my Meta Quest 3.
Shoot to thrill.
It's a top notch experience with those amazing OLED panels, uncompressed clarity and the foveated rendering for improved performance for VR titles.
“resulting in one of the best space survival sims available“. one of the best? ummm No.
PSVR2 is great, but it’s not going to keep No Man’s sky from floating in the toilet every time you flush.
No Man's Sky is okay if you like the crafting thing. I just really want a Colony Wars type game in VR. But if I was to want something current in VR, I'd take Everspace in VR. It would look so good.
It’s pretty cool. It takes a bit of learning at first which initially can be frustrating. The controls like when flying etc also take a bit of getting used to but once you do it’s pretty cool. It’s not the best looking game graphically but it’s pretty cool regardless.
I love NMS. I've put hundreds of hours into it since launch over the years. Looking forward to getting back into it in VR, but waiting for them to tweak the graphical issues first. Can't wait.. I'd love to see that game HardSpace: Shipbreaker come to PSVR, myself..
