lots of games to play for the next 3-5yrs that is when psvr 3 comes out then you must upgrade by everything else again and never play any older games because you can not buy the old hardware and or use newer hardware on the old games.
I have to admit, I own a PSVR1 and used it quite a bit at first, but when I took it down (was having work done to our house) I never bothered to hook it back up and missed Iron Man VR which I was excited about and several other titles. With that in mind I have been on the fence about getting PSVR2. After watching the easy of hook up, and the improvements. I am leaning on getting a preorder in over the next couple days before launch. Not much time left.
The vr session is a thing, the prep to do it is an actual deterrent for people. When excited in the mind you get motivated and do it fine. But there are many times you just want to play and not set it up.
No crap I have them all and I often go a year between using quest, rift, psvr, then when I play for a couple weeks before another long months of no vr. Same will prob happen at end of the month with psvr.
it would be a home run for VR2, I'm treating this as almost a separate ecosystem. In hindsight thank god for IndiePass and Nintendo squeezing every penny out of the Switch. Gives me more coin to spend on these games.
Lots of interesting games in there. Still hoping for a borderlands announcement. Cant get enough of that in vr, never got to play iron man either, hopefully they update that one too
gotta be honest, most of this stuff looks like shovelware. Same issue I had with psvr outside of a few titles. Id play something once and never pick it up again. Hopefully I'm proven wrong and there are enough must haves to warrant the $550 dollar purchase. Dont down vote me just because you feel butt hurt look at it objectively and then downvote :p
I go through the same thing too. I have all 3 vr and hundreds of games and only a few I liked to stay in to finish. I buy them, psvr2 too, cause it is cool but and I thinks it great for a couple weeks and then I don’t want the hassle and don’t touch it for a year.
I at least hope the hassle of it is minimized. Constantly reconfiguring because you turned your head too far made me not go back to it. Plus the titles were always gimmicky which once again does not warrant the price. I bought the first one to support the tech I won’t buy again unless the applications are compelling.
Good ol' Shu.
Man I just cant wait.
Just got my PS5 last week, now it's just a waiting game until the PSVR2 is here.
Gran Turismo 7 VR!
One hundred and fourteen PSVR games. That's heck of a lot.
