"Hi-Fi Rush is overflowing with personality, undeniable charm, and a style so unique, it’s almost impossible not to tap your feet along with it."
-Agreed, 5hrs in and Im really enjoying everything about it, especially executing combos in rhythm. I'll need a second playthrough for sure because I started off like I had winter gloves on...it takes awhile to get use to.
I don't get it. I heard nothing about this game until it came out. Was there no marketing? Did Xbox and Bethesda not realize they had a potential hit on their hands and just failed capitalizing on it?
well you got lot to learn....shadow dropping it is MARKETING! doing something no one expected it or tried to do is a type of marketing ..look how all journalust and youtubers talks how this is a supriselly great surprise ....one of MIcrosoft team said (keep your expectation in check) so everyone thought ...oh this is another boring event then boom a great game you never heard of that look great available today on Gamepass
Shadow dropping as a marketing tool? That sounds more like we have zero faith in this game moving any needles, so we'll save as much as possible by not advertising it and rely solely on word of mouth. And I guess that's a strategy, but not taking risks the way Sony does seems to be a huge flaw at Microsoft.
They hit the jackpot with Hi-Fi, let's see how they go about capitalizing on it.
