PS App Update Allows You to Match Colours with Your PS5

Pushsquare writes: "While a very, very minor thing, this effectively allows you to pair up the colour scheme of your app with your favourite PS5 shade. We’re being a little presumptuous here, but we wouldn’t be surprised if these colours also got added as customisation options on the console itself in a future firmware update."

Not really worth an article . You can turn it white or black right now which is just light mode dark mode . Maybe if they add the other colors I would call it being able to customize but right now it’s just two normal shades which happen to be the colors of PS4 and PS5 black and white

They pushed an update to the iOS version of the PlayStation app in the past day or two adding more background colors: Blue, Pink, Red, & Purple - which is what this article is covering

I would rather have the ability to use my own wallpaper for the PS5 back ground I mean my PS3 and PS4 can do it. And I would like the ability to use my own avatar as well.

And no one noticed, but they did notice the fact that themes and wallpaper still haven't arrived. Not a huge deal to me, but it'd be nice.

Housemarque Reveals It Has No Plans For Live Service Or Free-To-Play Title

Ilari Kuittinen and Gregory Louden of Returnal developer Housemarque have revealed during an interview with Eurogamer at the studio’s 30th anniversary event last week that it has no plans to develop live-service or free-to-play games, “as long as people are buying premium games.”

Why would they change? That's not where their expertise is.

Redgrave3h ago(Edited 3h ago)

Didn't stop Sony after acquiring Bluepoint, taking them from renowned remaster and remake quality and sticking them on a GoW live service title that never even went anywhere.

I can't speak to what gives Housemarque the ability to be different, but let's be thankful that they are able to do so in wake of current Sony.

Well whats different about Housemarque which Sony also owns that they can tell Sony what they will and wont do but the others couldn't?
