Looking at how Playstation's first party games ranked on the PS4 chart compared to the PS5 chart should tell you everything you need to know about how accurate the "that's where the install base is and that's where they'll make the most money" predictions turned out. Just in case anyone was still clinging to the "the massive splits in favor of PS5 versions of Horizon/GT7/God of War were only on physical sales in the UK, they might have been totally different in other regions and on PSN" argument.
"These games were developed on ps4... In development for 5-6 years."
Yes. This is my point. The games were developed for PS4 even though they were going to release after PS5 had been out a substantial amount of time. It's not like PS5 launching in 2020 was a surprise to Sony-owned studios. These games should have been developed for PS5. Just like Sony made Resistance, Motorstorm, and Uncharted for PS3 instead of PS2. Just like they made Killzone Shadow Fall, Infamous Second Son, and Bloodborne for PS4 instead of PS3.
"Imagination, aka hype you have how those games would have been on PS7 Matrix PRo is all yours."
I don't even understand this. The PS7 isn't out. But yeah, if it had been out for over a year, I'd be saying Sony should make their games for PS7.
