ASUS TUF RTX 4070 TI O12G GAMING Review | Gaming Nexus

John writes, "The GeForce RTX 4070 Ti is a solid card with good performance. As with a lot of cards in this generation, the pricing structure looks off when compared to the past, but there are external factors in play that factor into this. Let scalpers eat this one too. Just wait for the Multi-chiplet 5080. Finally a card the Scalpers can take advantage of because of the price.

What scalpers? The 40 series cards are easily available online, 4070ti won't be any different.

GPU manufacturers (especially NVIDIA) have shot themselves in the foot with their pricing.

4070ti won't be any different? Time will tell.

Yes in Sweden where I’m from you can by the 40 series really easily. It’s in stock pretty much all the time. But 30 series were impossible to buy.

Scalpers fed mainly off of miners who could get a return on the over inflated prices. Since mining now is not GPU driven I cannot see scalpers making much if anything on the new cards. As fishy said the 40 series are readily available everywhere even 70Ti's, a stark contrast to any 30 series released.
