Let's see if the RX 7900 XT is worth $900 and the RX 7900 XTX is worth $1,000.
The Radeon RX 7900 XT and flagship Radeon RX 7900 XTX are AMD's first graphics cards featuring a chiplet-based RDNA 3 GPU and the performance results.
Well if the ps5 pro and Xbox XX will use some kind of 7700 it will be also a big jump.
Nvidia RTX 4080 wins in performance but not price. But the 7900 is still kinda expensive so I don't know if it's a win for AMD especially since there's a rumor that Nvidia is going to lower the price of the RTX 4080 soon. Performance isn't necessarily double from existing RX 6900 cards.
From the reviews, the "value" cards are still the RX 6900 and RTX 3080 -- if they can be found for < $600.
While it falls behind the XTX, the Radeon RX 7900 XT is a GPU that delivers a fantastic overall package, with requirements that make it ideal for people looking to upgrade their current system without much hassle.
The AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX GPU is the best GPU you can get for under $1000, and brings enough to the table that buyers should think twice before investing the $300 premium an RTX 4080 will set you back.
lol..where you going to find them at that price is the big question. They may be cheaper at msrp but go to ebay and the scalpers are selling them for more than than the RTX 4080
Yeah the 4080 is a rip off frankly
This can only go better every month, with new drivers. AI and cache are not in use yet, Blender and other applications are not accelerated yet... power is in protective status by default... well... games work. But AMD have a winner here.
I wait for rx 8900 XT, can't be bother upgrade right now, not really massive in perform to buy another GPU yet.
