Nintendo and Platinum Games have revealed a new Bayonetta spin-off will arrive on Switch early next year. Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon, which was revealed during The Game Awards this evening, is set to launch on March 17, 2023.
I'm disappointed. The secret stage in Bayonetta 3 was not bad, but its gameplay, for me, wasn't fun enough to justify a whole game (especially a full-priced one). I was expecting a few DLC stages to finish telling that plot (for maybe 20 dollars). Although I love the series and pre-bought the last two games, I think I'll wait for some reviews for this one.
One of the most random announcements but it's so out of left field I'm already hooked
I can’t believe Sega can’t even be bothered to get a budget for this spinoff
They really are just going to shamelessly let Nintendo fund every title in the franchise going forward
No, thx.

I'm a Bayonetta fan and this looks absolutely terrible to me.
