Gareth writes: "Train Life: A Railway Simulator forgoes realism to provide a decent job of mixing train movement with a great management system"
"The Lesquin-based (France) video games company NACON and Lublin-based (Poland) indie games developer Simteract, are today very thrilled and happy to announce that their railway sim “Train Life; A Railway Simulator“, is coming to the Nintendo Switch via the Nintendo Eshop on April 9th, 2023 (the game is already available for PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, and the Xbox One)." - Jonas Ek, TGG.
XBA says: A mix of train sim, company management and plenty of railway to explore.
Michael Kitchin writes, "I've got mixed feelings about Train Life: A Railway Simulator. On the one hand, the big map and company management aspects give players an awful lot to do for a budget price. There's a big treadmill to run and the day-to-day journey has a relaxed quality about it. Unfortunately the world does look a tad lifeless and sometimes GPS guidance can fail you. Operating machinery is comfortable with a simplified control scheme and a lenient approach to the rules of the rails. It deals in scale rather than authenticity but there's plenty to admire here."
