That would be a pretty niche market, and a highly expensive project being they would need to find a secure way to produce cartridges.
I don't think that would be financially feasible, honestly.
There's N64 controllers built for PC. Just designing games around the architecture and launching them on things like Steam, and the other storefronts, is much more viable.
