Sega published an amazing new Yakuza 3 trailer. Enjoy.
Why flop? People ask about Shenmue, when have Yakuza 3.
Don´t think so. On the contrary, seems to be one of the best games for PS3.
jealous bot, you ain't got anything that rivals this
Damn, I hope this game comes out in EU and I would love to have the option to have japanese voices and english subtitles.
hope it comes to EU. its a must buy for me.
This is perhaps one of the most complete trailers I have ever seen. Insanely good game. A lot of mini-games and seems to have a good story. Waiting for english version.
Very good trailer.
I demand a US release. Make it happen NOW!!
Both Yakuza: Kenzan and Yakuza 3 are coming to the US and EU so says SEGA. We see them in the spring in the US and Fall in EU
oh man hope its true
CAN. NOT. WAIT. The Yakuza series is deeply underrated. Day one for me.
This sure isn't a game I would be bragging about. PS3 needs some quality games and this colorful bowl of fruit loops isn't doing it. This game has and always will be a shenmue wanna be which sucks because it could of been so sweet. Edit below pixel lmao: You wrote "Nobody wants to hear your obvious trolling." and then you ask "What kind of criticism is that? And explain how its anything like Shenmue? Because people are Asian and fighting in a city?"lol I thought you didn't want to hear my obvious trolling but yet and still you couldn't resist and read it anyway. Also anyone has believing in the bubble system has got to be the biggest dufus seriously. :P
Well apart from the Yakuza series is one of the best story driven series out there, with brilliant gameplay. Since when did graphics make a game it should always be about gameplay
Seeing your previous comments posted. You definitely wave the Xbox360 fanboy flag loud and proud. Now I have all 3 consoles and I'm just a fan of gaming itself. I see where you get the comparison to Shenmue with its similarities. Just how people say Uncharted is like Gears of War. With that aside to me it is an underrated game. I've bought the 1st Yakuza a month ago just out of curiosity and a good deal =]. It's not perfect but that's not to say it isn't enjoyable. With Yakuza 3 I'm hoping there not just throwing in a fresh coat of paint on a broken wall. But it does look promising to say the least.
igotballz: Check out Yakuza 2 when you've completed the first. It cost $29 new. There is no English voice acting, but the Japanese language and subtitles add to the experience. If you liked the first, you'll like the second even more. The wonky combat has been addressed.
..you've got two bubbles. Take a hint and shut up. Nobody wants to hear your obvious trolling. "this colorful bowl of froot loops isn't doing it." What kind of criticism is that? And explain how its anything like Shenmue? Because people are Asian and fighting in a city? You probably never even played Shenume. The game looks every bit as good as GTA4 and I don't think your whining about that game. It look more fun to boot. You're just mad its a PS3 exclusive. Besides, what do you care troll? If the game sucks its not your problem. You've got plenty of ugly games of your own. Now go play Too Human and be humbled
Hahahaha that's the actually two things that were a little on the bad side. The fighting and the audio acting. I actually woulda preferred the original Japanese audio and English subtitles for Yakuza. But good lookin', I'll definitely get the 2nd one.
yakuza is yet ANOTHER awesome franchise that you won't get to play on your xbunk 360.
first please get your eyes checked... you would have been way better off, saying like me, I want to see in-game gameplay, since I am not sure if what we saw was in-game, which to me was really good stuff.
Candystop, there's something called a life. I do hope you have one. It's pretty clear that most 360 fans are really jealous of the PS3 exclusives coming out this year so they have to take every opportunity to bash them to death. Then they cry wolf when the same thing is done to them. And instead of disagree slamming, I want to know WHY 360 fans hate the PS3 with such a burning passion.
That was a long trailer! That is the way American trailers should be. Anyway, this game looks pretty damn good! Thought it does seem like GTA4 set in Japan, with a little bit of Saints Row 2 for good measure. It might not be as interactively dynamic as GTA4, but it looks more fun. Besides, who can resist beating people over the head with a motorcycle or mailbox!? No one that's who.
Wow just by the length of this trailer I can tell that their trying to make a game the is enormous is scale. Look at all the things you can do and all the NPCs moving around in the game. Man this is one of those times where the dev would probably say only possible on the PS3 because of the flexibility of Blu Ray.
Best game ever.
uh... what? hahaha
U.S version Sega. You can do it!
I think im gonna get this game. It looks badass! US version, EU verison doesnt matter because I can play em both :P Just release it. PS3 is regions free. HOORAY!
This game just went a lot higher on my anticipation list.
I buy this game!!!!!!! Yakuza is much better game then GTA4
So many mini games ^_^ Graphics are gorgeous too! Did you see the amount of detail in the little store? Wow.Just wow.
Nice trailer... LMAO at the SEXY NO HENSHIN part
I've only ever played a bit of number 2 once at a mates house(struck me as slightly mad but interesting)but on first impressions this looks like a massive step in scaleto my eyes. There was loads in that trailer(would like to see more trailers like it over here)and the detail was incredible-not to mention the number of minigames available(or perhaps needed)and the usual jap-centric madness. I really hope Sega do give this one a real release and a push in the EU and US markets as I'd like to think there's more to games than our usual fayre in the west. Great trailer-hope it arrives nd plays as well as it seems.
Ok. Now i`m interested. This game actually looks very interesting. Definite buy for me.
It never fails it's like they find anything PS3 call everything flop then hopes that their merry men laughs.
