Make sure to sound off in the comments how you'll be enjoying God of War Ragnarok! All platforms captured were using version 1.003.000.God of War Ragnarok has a lot of different graphics options to choose from."
Some of the best PS5 games are exclusives like God of War Ragnarok and Astro Bot, but there are some indie highlights as well.
The festivities also include new 20th anniversary merch, a fan kit, and more.
No offense Sony… but nobody is playing God of war ragnarok in 2025…
Damn Sony
You keep on remastering recent games and yet choose not to for a franchise that's celebrating it's 20 years?
I'm sure a lot of old and new fans would appreciate being able to play the entire saga using their current gen consoles.
I admit I got a bit swept up in thinking we would get a PS classics drop of the first game on PS plus not a remaster or anything just running under the new ps2 emulator id be.halpy with that or the PSP games that deserve more praise really
Playstation writes: "Starting with tomorrow’s release of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 for PC, we’re working to add more benefits to playing with an account for PlayStation Network. The Last of Us Part II Remastered (coming April 3, 2025), in addition to God of War Ragnarök and Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered, will all soon be adding in-game content unlocks for PlayStation Network account users.
An account for PlayStation Network will become optional for these titles on PC. Players who still opt to sign into a PlayStation Network account will also enjoy added benefits like trophies and friend management."
Kinda expected bigger differences on the ps5 version honestly. I mean it’s sharper, but kinda feels like that’s it. Makes me wish it was only a ps5 title so they could have pushed it more. Don’t get me wrong, it’s gorgeous, but the differences are small for a next gen console.
Hmmm now I'm curious how this would run on steamdeck. I guess we'll find out in a few years if they release it on PC. I'll eventually upgrade to ps5 so I'll play it on there.
The graphics are great. Don't see they can get much better without massive use of ray tracing. Something that maybe only on the ps6 pro will be possible.
Hopefully a proper PS5 version will get made at some point.
Graphics are whatever, don't care if it looks the same as the ps4 on my Sony Playstation 5. I'll still enjoy the hell out of it.
