While I agree with the other points, SH not being in-house is a huge plus, even if it's on bloober arms, Konami does not have any good in-house devs with them...
Does anybody remember MGS Survive? More than half of the devs didn't even knew how to work with their own engine, let alone working on a remake of the scope of sh2...
