Those with early access to the game have revealed how long the journey will be for completionists.
The festivities also include new 20th anniversary merch, a fan kit, and more.
No offense Sony… but nobody is playing God of war ragnarok in 2025…
Damn Sony
You keep on remastering recent games and yet choose not to for a franchise that's celebrating it's 20 years?
I'm sure a lot of old and new fans would appreciate being able to play the entire saga using their current gen consoles.
I admit I got a bit swept up in thinking we would get a PS classics drop of the first game on PS plus not a remaster or anything just running under the new ps2 emulator id be.halpy with that or the PSP games that deserve more praise really
Playstation writes: "Starting with tomorrow’s release of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 for PC, we’re working to add more benefits to playing with an account for PlayStation Network. The Last of Us Part II Remastered (coming April 3, 2025), in addition to God of War Ragnarök and Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered, will all soon be adding in-game content unlocks for PlayStation Network account users.
An account for PlayStation Network will become optional for these titles on PC. Players who still opt to sign into a PlayStation Network account will also enjoy added benefits like trophies and friend management."
Medievil and Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings launch on PlayStation Plus Premium.
Oh wow! GOW: R & Like a Dragon, great month, specially for anyone that does not have any of those games.
Just picked up Like a Dragon, damn it! 😅
Good to see Orcs must die in there, hopefully means a new one is being announced soon, fingers crossed 😅
Been meaning to try Atlas Fallen, and excited to play the ps2 Indiana Jones. I just imported man who erased his name too 🤣 at least now i can keep it sealed
Nice this lines up with the install size. I believe it was around 50gb for GoW 2018 on PS4 but Ragnarok will be 100+gb on PS4 indicating it's about 2x as long.
GOW 2018 was one of very few games to inspire me to get the platinum trophy.
I can't wait to do the same thing with Ragnarok, which sounds huge.
Knowing me it will take much longer than that.
GOW (2018) took me approx 80 hours to 100%, cuz i took my sweet time with it, enjoyed every detail, practiced my skills to my best performance level in Muspelheim, tried to find every piece of lore story from Mimir in every area, listened to every insult from Ratatoskr (...) and most importantly i enjoyed those environments.
God of War is one of those rare games where i often stood in one spot like an idiot simply staring at it all for good 2-3 minutes.
Oh yeah ! After I completed GoW 2018 I wanted more , and that was after going to every corner of the map , Valkyries , trials , etc. I spent a lot of time as I was thorough . Ready for this one
Be careful from spoilers
YouTube already full of them
