Japan: Xbox 360 beats PS3 & PSP in Most Played Survey

A survey conducted by Famitsu's online division found that its readers played more on the Xbox 360 than they did either on the PSP or PS3. Infact the PS3 ranked so lowly, it failed to even make the top five. No prizes are on offer for guessing which consoles took the top spots... the Wii and DS of course.

It's no digging dude, it's just like that. The 360 rules and the news is always on the main sites, on RSS, whatever. It's widely seen, much good news on 360, much bad news on PS3... It's just the way it is nothing else

Of the few japanese/koreans on my friends list, most of them said that they were just waiting for the ps3, and once it was released they would dump the 360.
Up till this day, those SAME players are either playing GEARS, Lost Panet or Blue dragon.

It's because Sony said in E3 '05...Just wait, next gen doesnt start til we say so...

And Sony fanboys have been waiting ever since....and for the most part are still waiting. It's a shame really. The PS3 is a good gaming machine but its not all Sony hyped it to be and because of that many held off on buying into next gen on the broken promises and PR spin of Sony.

btw...unofficial reports from the Sony camp are that the PS3 can now cure cancer with the next update so just wait. Needless to say the medical community has now halted all research on a cure for cancer.

because the 360 in Japan is like a fat chick. Fun to play with but you dont want your friends to know. The games for PS3 suck really really bad. If they were good I would have one, money is not an object for me personally but the only reason for me to buy a PS3 is BLuray and Grand Tourismo. When/If Blu ray wins and that game drops so will my $600. Till then its alll Cole Train Baby! Peace.

I would take it a little further though...

360 is like the no frills girl that puts out and really likes doing it to the point that you love being with her but she is not going to be arm candy to the public.

PS3 is the hot chick that everyone looks at and drools over. You get her home and she is a dead fish in bed. You like to look at her sitting there but you dont feel the need to play with her and wish she was as good as she looked.
