Reimagining Fallout as a 4X strategy game wouldn’t merely dust the cobwebs off the increasingly stale, series, but help build upon it.
Don't Nod has confirmed Banishers and Jusant did not meet expectations, as the company has two unannounced projects in the works.
Hopefully Vampyr 2 is one of those games. I wish they would make a Remember Me 2, but I know that's a pipe dream
People really gotta start paying attention to these guys Vampyr and Banishers is so good.

Unashamedly derived from the work of Mimimi Games, Sumerian Six adds weirdness to World War II.
Maybe a spin off Fallout series that would return to the top down, isometric view of the originals (Wasteland). Because I do like the FPS Fallout games but wouldn't mind having another Fallout game in the original format.
What the fuck? No lol.
Make a spinoff sure but not a mainline game.
I don't know
There's not a lot of games which have changed dramatically in terms of gameplay compared to the older games I've liked but this is one of them, I think what Bethesda did with Fallout 3 was the right call.
Maybe a spin off? However Bethesda need to think long and hard about Fallout 5 after Fallout 4, while it was okay it did take a step back in some places compared to Fallout 3, especially with New Vegas aswell. Even something small like going after unique weapons which were kind of present in Fallout 4 but not in the same capacity thanks to them adding randomized weapon part combos / crafting.
No
Dear Bethesda, please give the franchise to Obsidian who actually know what they're doing.
