It's odd that the reviewer seems to love the game and didn't seem to have single negative thing to say about it, yet only scored it an 8. 8's not a bad score or anything but if you claim to love a game, there should be some justification why 2 points were docked.

Personally I used to love the show but haven't purchased one in almost 5 years. Without a new engine or any kind of drastic update, it just looks and feels like the same game every year and isn't worth 60 dollars imo. I miss the days when sports games would build or license a new engine every new generation to take advantage of each new console generation. The show is still running modified ps3 era code and with being on switch now, we may never see a game engine that takes advantage of ps5.

The reply I have is not to start any gamepass war of any kind but that's why I like gamepass, I also fill the same way about the sport games over the years not really anything that catches my eye or attention to buy first day of release.

Eh. No major losses here. MLB for those into sports games, maybe.

Yeah but you're getting the new MLB to replace it so no real loss
